Once you have an idea of your monthly payments, you should begin to think about how much you are willing to put as a down payment on your house. Talk to your lender to find out the percentage that's right for you.
6. Hire a Real Estate Attorney

5. Making an Offer

8. Prepare for Closing
Once the inspection is complete and the paperwork is all set, it's time to do the final preparations for closing day. It is customary that the buyer is allowed to access the home a certain number of times prior to the closing date in order to take any measurements and plan out any potential renovations. Dream big!
9. Closing Day
The big day is finally here! You've made it hopefully as stress-free as possible. This day tends to consist of lots of paperwork, but once that is all completed, you'll be handed the keys to your dream home!
